These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bij99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Where duplicates are identified, all accounts and associated balances may be closed without notice.

Players must use the bij99 platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your bij99 account credentials to access the platform on your behalf.
• Using any software, robot, crawler, data scraper, automated tool, exploit, cheat, or third-party application to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or over other players.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, engaging in money laundering, or using bij99 to conceal the origin of any funds.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploiting software errors or technical faults, or colluding with other players in a manner designed to circumvent the platform's integrity controls.

bij99 monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. Evidence of prohibited conduct will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including pending withdrawals), and may result in disclosure of relevant information to law enforcement authorities.

All content on the bij99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of bij99 or its content and technology suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any bij99 content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Game content provided by third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. bij99 is licensed to make such content available to players but does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bij99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following categories of loss:
